Requirements
1. You are a citizen of the United States
2. You are not a member of any organization that advocates any attempt to overthrow the government of the United States by force or violence.
3. You have never been convicted of a felony nor am I now under indictment for any crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
4. You are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
5. You are not a fugitive from justice.
6. You have not been adjudicated mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.
7. You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
8. You are not subject to a court order applicable to me under 18 U.S.C. §922(g)(8), restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such partner.
9. You have not been convicted in any court of misdemeanor crime of domestic violence applicable to me under 18 U.S.C. §922(g)(9), including any misdemeanor conviction involving the use or attempted use of physical force committed by a current or former spouse, parent, or guardian of the victim or by a person with a similar relationship to the victim.
10. If admitted to membership in the MARYLAND RIFLE CLUB, INC., You shall abide by the by-laws of the club and by the rules of the ASSOCIATED GUN CLUBS OF BALTIMORE, INC. while using the facilities of the Patapsco range, located in Marriottsville, MD.
